Here, we have a tally of score cards per say, defined by and for business purposes. What is a score card, folks? Can we conclude or attempt to, crunching numbers for performance, revenue, customer feedback, and spend out etc.?

Variations within organizations along industrial entities, performance reviews reflect the progression made along training given. Here, documentation along observation go hand in hand, yet the feedback aspect seems to be left within shadows. From the previous blog post dated 09/19/16, communication and open door policy among branches of an entity, vital for such.

Keeping scores from a psychological perspective, affliction takes precedence. Would you agree? How so? Well, the era of development, innovation among projections, despite the professional path one may be on, the mind being able to see beyond the ordinary concepts, is where affliction resides.
